Our course covers communicating to ensure the effective operation of the workplace.  Designed to look  specifically at facilitating discussions producing written materials and making presentations.  It looks at how to get attention, how to convey the information and how to check for understanding


This course is designed for all people working within the organisation responsible for imparting information to a variety of audiences. In particular, for those who wish to present more powerful and articulate presentations, learn techniques for encouraging comment and feedback and to develop good presentation evaluation skills.
