Our dynamic team-building course explores the difference between teams and work groups. Designed to help team leaders or members to develop a sense of mutual responsibility and accountability, rather than reliance on individual performance. Team leaders attending the course will enhance their understanding of the team dynamic and learn how to manage the team building process so their organisational goals and objectives are achieved.
