This course is designed for professionals who have experience in their industry and are looking to move into Quality Management and Quality Auditing.  Increasing regulation, corporate governance, reporting and risk management demand that businesses skill their staff in Quality Assurance Systems and Practices.  This course builds skills and a business culture of continuous improvement practices.

The IBI course is focused on ISO standards delivery and continual improvement processes and encompasses sector specific compliance applications.

Course Overview

The course consists of eight (8) modules comprising three (3) core units and five (5) electives.  Core units are clustered to apply practical skills for industry including; How to prepare an Audit, How to conduct an Audit and How to Report Results.

The elective elements of the course are focused on three clusters; Participating in the Audit process, Risk Management and Leadership.

Assessment Summary

Assessment tasks and activities are contextualized to meet Industry Sector Auditing Guidelines.  Assessments involve a range of activities including project work, presentations, research, demonstration of skills, written assignments, case studies and short answer questions.  There is no examination.

SKILLS VICTORIA APPLICATION

You may be eligible to enroll in our Diploma or Advanced Diploma for only $495 under the “Securing Jobs for the Future" is a Victorian State Government initiative.   This funding is available to Victorian based RTO’s only. The training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.

IBI is the only training organisation with Skills Victoria funding for Diploma of Quality Auditing.

Students who qualify for Skills Victoria funding can apply for only $999 for Diploma Quality Auditing which includes all reading books, tutorials, assessments and class attendance (where applicable).

Our Students can complete courses either by

  1. distance education ENROL NOW
  2. workshop classrooms or
  3. flexible learning regime (a combination of both)

IBI is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO#22047) in Australia registered with the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA).
