A client’s relevant personal circumstances be determined prior to the delivery of any financial advice.

The six steps in the financial advice process are:

  1. Collect financial information
  2. Identify Client goals and objectives for advice
  3. Identify financial issues
  4. Prepare and Present Plan to negotiate and confirm
  5. Co-ordinate and Implement agreed Plan
