Risk Management Module 2

The focus of the course is to facilitate your learning with regard to integrating risk & compliance management systems across an organization.  The course is designed to build on your basic risk process knowledge and to assist you in establishing a framework for managing risk. (designed to AS/NZS 4360:2004 Risk management)

Leadership Module 3

Examine the attributes of effective leadership in the areas of managing self and fostering successful working relationships. Reflect on your own personal practice and build strategies for increasing team effectiveness, and managing people and performance.

In addition this module describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to lead and manage continuous improvement systems and processes. Particular emphasis is on the development of systems and the analysis of information to monitor and adjust performance strategies, and to manage opportunities for further improvements.

The Diploma of Quality Auditing consists of 8 units of competency, however by applying for RPL this can be reduced. Ordinarily we expect that each unit of competence can be completed in approximately 60 hours.  Our distance education program is self paced and you can enrol anytime. There is no minimum time to complete the qualification, however as a guide the qualification should be completed within 12 months and take approximately 440 nominal hours to complete. (total number of units = 8 for a total of 440 nominal hours).  Pre-requisite is the

Entry Requirements

OPEN Entry – No Pre-requisites required, however for Module 4 Quality Education Management Systems requires prior completion of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA40104) & Modules 1, 2 & 3 of this Diploma. This qualification meets the requirements of the Business Services Training Package (BSB07v1).
